“According to the information received, a VAZ car stopped near the temporary police post, which created an obstacle for other road users. After that, four defendants fled the scene,” the report said.
It should be noted that a criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence against representatives of the authorities in execution). The perpetrators face up to five years in prison.
Now investigators are investigating all the circumstances of the incident and the identity of the participants in the conflict.
