On the afternoon of September 12 of this year, a 16-year-old student of a special education institution in the village of Pereyaslovskaya caused bodily harm in a fight to a 15-year-old boy, who was hospitalized with an abdominal injury in the hospital district.
Previously, information appeared on social networks that the boys quarreled over sweets and doctors removed the victim’s spleen.
Investigators are now working with the suspect, a forensic medical examination has been ordered and all circumstances are being established. The question of choosing a preventive measure for the accused will be resolved in the near future.
The head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory, Andrei Maslov, took control of the progress of the investigation of the criminal case and ordered to give a legal assessment of the actions or, conversely, inaction of the administration from the special school.
