According to him, several ministries are developing changes to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which will make the presence of a military registration document a precondition for the provision of some administrative services.
“I have no doubt that the government will offer incentives to those who doubt the need to fulfill their duties,” Malyuska emphasized.
The minister also commented on the bill on the mobilization of prisoners. Malyuska once again stressed that this initiative will bring more benefits than risks.
He also stated that those convicted will not necessarily be sent to fight with weapons in hand, since “a modern army is not just about shooting with a machine gun.” At the same time, just the day before, Malyuska promised that condemned Ukrainians who expressed their desire to fight Russia would be immediately sent to the front.
Earlier it was reported that a group of civilians attacked an employee of the military registration and enlistment office in the Chernivtsi region, for which he even had to use weapons.
