According to preliminary data, a pack of dogs attacked a boy on the seashore in the Reduktorny microdistrict of the city of Makhachkala. The boy escaped from the stray animals by running into the sea water, the ministry said in a statement.
In connection with the incident, the republican prosecutor’s office organized an investigation.
Earlier it was reported that in the village of Kirillovskoye, Leningrad Region, a 10-year-old girl suffered from dog bites. According to the police, the schoolgirl was playing with an acquaintance’s dog in the garden area. At that moment, the animal bit her in the face. The boy was hospitalized with multiple injuries.
