A police officer from the Ust-Tarksky district and two of his former employees from the same district department are suspected of the murder of a 15-year-old schoolgirl. According to investigators, in 2010, in the village of Yarkul, Ust-Tarsky district, they beat a girl to death and hid her body. The girl was declared missing. A murder case was investigated, but the perpetrators were not found. This year the investigation was resumed and the suspects were arrested at the end of June.
