It was established that on January 13 of this year he served on the territory of a military unit stationed in the Sakhalin region. Fearing for his life and his health, in the presence of his companions, he refused to comply with the order of the commander of the military unit to leave for the area where military training was taking place.
A criminal case was opened against him under part 2.1 of article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Garrison Military Court found the man guilty and sentenced him to serve a sentence in a general correctional colony. The verdict did not come into legal force.
