It is reported that on behalf of the head of the Investigative Committee of the ICR for the Kuban, Andrei Maslov, the investigative department of the Central District of the city of Sochi immediately organized a pre-investigation check.
There are now verification measures aimed at establishing the identity of the driver of the electric scooter, as well as all the circumstances of the incident.
