In the center of Moscow, a man broke a sculpture of Princess Turandot – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

According to eyewitnesses, a man climbed onto a sculptural composition near the Vakhtangov Theater on Arbat. At some point he fell and broke part of the statue. Police authorities have not yet commented on the incident.

Note that the sculpture was installed in 1997. Its inauguration coincided with the 75th anniversary of the first production of the play “Princess Turandot.”
