According to the city administration, the attack on the populated area was carried out with cluster munitions. Three of the injured are in critical condition.
One of the injured, according to LPR Health Minister Natalia Pashchenko, will be hospitalized in the Lugansk Republican Clinical Hospital, and two more in the Severodonetsk hospital.
The four victims will remain in the local hospital, in the surgery and trauma departments. One of them will be observed on an outpatient basis.
“I express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, I wish a speedy recovery to all those injured,” wrote the city’s mayor, Sergei Khortiv, on the Telegram channel.
