According to the ICR for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, according to investigators, the suspects quarreled with three local residents the day before: the foreigners sexually abused the girl, and a passing couple and their acquaintance defended her.
The suspects called their friend, who brought rebar and two construction hammers and armedly attacked the victims. One of the assailants stabbed him with a knife he was carrying with him.
As a result of the stab wounds, a 30-year-old man died instantly, the 27-year-old victim and his 25-year-old wife were taken to the hospital with injuries of varying severity.
It is known that the attackers were drunk.
Investigators questioned the detainees. Three criminal cases were initiated under article 105 part 1 (murder), article 111 part 2 paragraph “h” (intentionally inflicting serious bodily harm) and part of article 213 of the Penal Code of the Federation of Russia (hooliganism). Criminal cases are combined into a single proceeding. The investigation will request the conclusion of the four suspects in custody. Within the framework of the investigation of the criminal case, they will also check the legality of your stay on the territory of the Russian Federation.
