The 4th Artmossphere Street Art Biennale presents the Street Art Forum in conjunction with the Street Art Research Institute and with the support of the Nov Bureau. For two days, on July 7 and 8, the forum will host debates, public talks, and individual performances by international speakers, participants in the biennale, on the theme “Urban Landscapes: Public Art in City Life.”
Five sections are planned in the program: “Legal regulation of art objects in public space”, “What can the regions teach the capital? Public Art in Russian Cities”, “Art Forms on the Streets: Public Art, Monument, Sculpture, Object”, “The Social Function of Public Art” and “Public Art Market”.
Within each one, there will be reports and discussions with experts in the field of street art, artists and other specialists in this field. Speakers at the forum include artists Dmitry Aske and Misha Most, collector Andrey Malakhov, Moscow chief architect Sergey Kuznetsov, and director of the Artmossphere Biennale Sabina Chagina.
