The city put up for auction commercial rights to six pavilions in the NE Bauman Garden of Culture and Recreation. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Competition Policy Department, which is part of the Moscow Complex for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, Ivan Shcherbakov.
“Entrepreneurs are offered to open a business in one of the popular recreation areas for guests and residents in the center of the capital. Right now, the rights to trade six non-stationary objects ranging from 15 to 103 square meters are offered auction in the Bauman Garden. Applications to participate in the auction are accepted until August 11,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
Entrepreneurs will be able to open street cafes in three pavilions: their area is 15, 22 and 34 square meters. Two objects with an area of 50 and 103 square meters can be used for the provision of services in the field of sports and recreation. Another non-stationary business facility (NTO) can be equipped with a souvenir shop.
The amount of the monthly fee for conducting trading activities in the NTO will be determined during the online auctions, which will be held on August 16 on the Roseltorg e-commerce platform. To participate in them, registration on the site and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required. Information about the auction is published on the Moscow Investment Portal.
