“We want people to actually use what we do; It has to be exciting and relevant for today,” explained Lucy and Luke Meyer when presenting the pre-fall collection. It became a logical and very organic continuation of the search for balance that the designers began in the spring-summer and autumn-winter seasons. But what is especially nice is that, following the laws of retail, the collection has already been delivered to stores.
The Meiers balance strict minimalism, craftsmanship and sensuality and softness. The collection therefore features sharp shirt collars and pressed cape sleeves, which are paired with stylized cardigans and puffer jackets; Blind dresses are made of leather and knitwear, and woolen coats are worn with rough and laconic platform boots, but in a creamy shade.
