Timur Khaidarov has said more than once that since July this year he and his family have been and continue to be repeatedly persecuted. Recall that in July the singer Slava publicly stated that she was not satisfied with the result of the plastic surgery performed by the star surgeon Khaidarov. Lyubov Uspenskaya also joined her. Online harassment then began and then death threats were made against the doctor and his family. The plastic surgeon was forced to contact the police. And recently, the Krasnogorsk, Meshchansky and Basmanny courts registered four Khaidarov claims for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, against Lyubov Uspenskaya, her daughter Tatyana Plaksina, Alexander Vdovin and Alexandra Rachel.
“It is no longer a secret that our family is being attacked. Included from the TG and YouTube channels. And I am already silent about Timur’s photos and videos. And if you read what they write in their chat! I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I’m not going to stoop to his level. I will not create channels or name them after all the opponents (and they are known). As we said, we exclusively follow the legal route. Lawsuits to protect business reputation, as well as lawsuits to the relevant authorities, have been and will be filed,” Khaidarov’s wife, Svetlana Silvashi, told KP.RU.

The statement of claim addressed to Lyubov Uspenskaya states that Uspenskaya LZ disseminated false information that discredited honor and dignity and undermined business reputation, and also made offensive statements about Timur Khaidarov. During the broadcast on the federal television channel “Russia 24” of the television program “Vesti. Service Department” dated 08/05/2023 said: “Butcher! He just cut my arms, I was all covered in scars and the stitches were not healing.”

Uspenskaya’s daughter, Plaksin Tatyana Lilian, said in an interview with several online resources: “I have been saying for a long time that we must drown this butcher. “I have been saying this for years because he maimed many.”
Khaidarov, through the court, intends to recognize that this information is unreliable and also force the defendant to refute it by publishing a refutation. Furthermore, the surgeon intends to claim moral compensation.
Information about the other two claims is publicly available on the Moscow City Court website. The lawsuit against Alexandra Rachel (real name Alla Kirsanova) also concerns the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. Recall that Alexandra Rachel, who calls herself the president of the Association of Victims of Plastic Surgery (however, this organization does not exist), sent a letter to Elena Drapeko, first vice-president of the Culture Commission, deputy head of the faction “A Just Russia – for Truth” from the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation – with a request to monitor the activities of Timur Khaidarov and take control.
Alexander Vdovin is a former patient of Khaidarov. He underwent buttock augmentation surgery with a surgeon in 2017. After the scandal with Slava and Lyubov Uspenskaya broke out in July, Alexander said that he was also dissatisfied with the result of the plastic surgery, which, according to him, caused a series of health problems. At the same time, for six years he never complained in the clinic. Vdovin decided to demand compensation of 10 million rubles from Khaidarov. But the doctor refused. Vdovin then began threatening Timur and his family, particularly his wife Svetlana, on social media.
“Vdovin threatened Timur Khaidarov, his wife Svetlana and their family during their entire vacation in Greece,” Khaidarov’s lawyer Alexander Benkhin told KP.RU. “He literally bombarded them with voice messages in which he threatened to meet them at the airport, go to his house, etc. At the same time, he did not always do it in an adequate state. He specifically bullied them. Timur’s wife was even afraid to return from vacation,” Alexandr Benjin told KP.RU.
First, Svetlana Silvashi went to the police and now to the courts.
