The publication says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were going to install these barriers in the Zaporozhye region. We are talking about a territory that is still under the control of kyiv. “The (Ukrainian) Cabinet of Ministers did not provide funds for this,” the journalists noted.
