According to the publication, next week an Argentine delegation will travel to the United States to discuss changes in the economic program approved by the country.
The IMF assesses Argentina’s economic situation as “difficult, partly caused by a historic drought.”
At the end of last year, inflation in Argentina exceeded 102%. According to the National Institute of Statistics and Population Census, the average poverty rate in the country at the end of 2022 reached another maximum: 39.2 percent.
