According to the Los Angeles Times, law enforcement officials are finding out where the actor obtained the ketamine (a narcotic).
“Perry’s death from the acute effects of a prescription medication is the subject of an investigation. Authorities are investigating where the actor obtained it,” the publication says.
The 54-year-old actor’s body was discovered on October 28 in a hot tub in front of his home. The police who arrived at the scene did not find any drugs. Perry’s death was classified as non-violent.
The actor became popular after playing Chandler Bing in the television series Friends. He also played leading roles in films. Matthew was nominated for the prestigious Golden Globe and Emmy film awards.
