Spanish brand Loewe, owned by LVMH, has opened a store in East Hampton, New York, using the brand’s creative director Jonathan Anderson’s Casa Loewe concept, which interweaves art, craft and fashion. WWD writes about it.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the store uses Molo Design’s Modular System, soft blocks made from 100% recycled paper that can be stretched, folded and arranged to create displays and shelving. The interior features handmade Spanish tiles and concrete surfaces.
The boutique offers a full range of women’s clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry, home fragrances, and sunglasses. The men’s line will go on sale in November.
The East Hampton boutique is Loewe’s seventh store in the United States. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Valentino, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli and Gucci already have their own stores here.
Recall that Loewe previously became the most popular global brand according to the Lyst fashion platform.
