The speaker of the Federation Council also noted that Nikolaev made a great contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of Yakutia, he always tried to help people with practical deeds.
“It can be said with certainty that Mikhail Efimovich enjoyed undeniable trust and authority not only among his compatriots, but also among everyone who knew him. Breadth of views, wisdom, rich experience, high spiritual qualities were the hallmarks of Mikhail Efimovich”, emphasized Valentina Matvienko.
