According to the publication, the event occurred on Saturday morning in the municipality of Floridablanca (central department of Santander). The bus driver lost control and the vehicle overturned. As a result of the accident, 19 of the 28 passengers suffered injuries of varying severity. In addition, among the victims there are five minors.
Authorities launched an investigation into the incident. According to preliminary data, the bus’s brakes could fail.
