It was designed in Soviet times and now includes 11 stations. “Thanks to this support, the once-functioning metro from the outskirts should reach the historic center of the city,” Dmitry Azarov emphasized.

According to the governor, the completion of the construction of the metro line will reduce the interval of train traffic from 15 to 4-6 minutes.
