The servicemen of the Zapad-Akhmat unit launched a preemptive strike against the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlement of Sotnitsky Kazachok, Kharkiv region, said the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
On July 31, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the town of Basan in the Zaporozhye region.
