According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, a total of 133 people crossed the checkpoint. All of them are received by our rescuers and prepared to be sent to Russia.
“People are at the operations headquarters in Cairo, where Russian rescuers, psychologists and doctors provide all necessary medical and psychological assistance, provide food and water and help with necessary paperwork.” – said the Ministry of Emergency Situations in a statement. The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry will transport evacuees to Moscow.
