Today, thanks to this resource, small-volume purchases, which were previously made without competitive procedures, are made in the format of quotation sessions, which allows clients to find bona fide suppliers, reduce the time for concluding contracts and procure goods, works and services 1.5 thousand contracts per day are concluded on the platform, clients from 40 regions of Russia and more than 310,000 suppliers from all over the country “Necessary for the future development of the Portal,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
More than a hundred people took part in the master class “Working directly with the city.” Among them are representatives of executive authorities, customers and suppliers working on the Supplier Portal, as well as entrepreneurs who are about to register on the platform and start engaging in public procurement.
Among the users of the Portal are suppliers that registered in the first years of its existence. For example, since 2014, the Human Ecology Center company has concluded more than a thousand contracts with budgetary institutions on the platform. General Director Denis Volchenkov noted the simplicity of working with the resource, in particular, a convenient filtering system and the possibility of classifying quotation sessions by range of goods, works and services, which facilitates participation in planning in acquisitions. He also drew attention to the possibility of using an automatic bidding robot, which allows you to participate in several purchases at once.
The R-Pharm company has been supplying medicines to citizens who need preferential coverage since 2008. We have participated in a pilot project for the implementation of the Providers Portal and for two years we have been working with the platform in terms of electronic document management in the contract execution process governmental. This greatly facilitated the work with the flow of documents and the generation of reports accompanying the supply of drugs to medical institutions in Moscow under government contracts. The platform makes it possible to support Russian manufacturers: here customers can select domestic analogues of imported products. Thus, in 2022 the capital entered into 129.8 thousand contracts for 24.1 billion rubles on the resource, 79 percent of them for the purchase of Russian-made products. The remaining contracts were concluded for the supply of goods from Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
