Interest in construction and renovation services last summer was significantly higher than last year: on average in Russia 71%. Siberia and the Urals showed the fastest growth: in Krasnoyarsk demand increased by 136%, in Tyumen by 116%, in Novosibirsk by 106% and in Yekaterinburg by 105%.
Significant growth is also seen in the cities of the Far East. For example, in Ulan-Ude during the summer, interest in reparations almost doubled (92%), in Khabarovsk and Vladivostok – 72% and 32%, respectively. The portal’s experts explain it by the development of the Far Eastern Mortgage program.
This summer, the Far East, the Urals and Siberia accounted for about 20% of the total number of requests for these services, notes Svetlana Filimonova, head of the Repair and Construction category at Avito Services. According to this indicator, these federal districts are already on a par with the cities of the Volga region, where they traditionally actively repair and build.
Moscow showed no less significant dynamics, where growth more than doubled (133%). In addition, following the growing interest in buying and renting housing in Sochi, clients began to come here more often for repair services – an increase in interest of 62%.
