As Moskalkova admitted, the country does not have access to information about appeals that reach human rights ombudsmen in the regions, as well as the federal ombudsman in Moscow. “I turned to the President of the Government, Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin, to ask him to give us the opportunity to create an FSIS that would bring together all authorized representatives, and each of us would be able to see what issues are being considered in a particular region and ensure greater accessibility of people to our capabilities and resources,” said Tatyana Moskalkova.
He also said that ombudsmen were allocated funds for the creation of the FSIS and a pilot project was launched. “We are taking a big step forward, based on information technologies, in the organization of work in favor of human rights,” Moskalkova concluded.
