In Germany, two members of the Last Generation climate action movement failed to stick to asphalt on a Munich motorway because the glue lost its properties due to low air temperatures.
The task of the eco-activists was extremely simple: run out onto the road, get soaked in glue and stick to the asphalt. The pair completed the first part without a problem: hopping onto a busy section of highway, they took turns pouring a solid dollop of glue from a bucket onto each other. But then something went wrong: in the cold, the glue stopped working, and the young people simply remained sitting in wet clothes on the pavement, and the police who arrived at the scene of the incident easily dragged them to the side of the road.
We bathe in glue! In wetsuits, we are again on the streets of Munich, – the fighters for the rights of nature wrote on their page on the social network. But this time his action became just a bath.
According to the police, the members of the Last Generation violated the order of the city administration that prohibited blocking key roads. The decision was made after representatives of the climate movement glued themselves to the runways of the Munich and Berlin airports.
