The Spanish subsidiary of the American streaming platform, Netflix Servicios de Transmisión España, obtained a net profit of 9.49 million euros during the past financial year, a figure 9.2% higher than that recorded for a year earlier, at a time in which it was placed at 8.69 million euros. This is reflected in the accounts deposited in the Mercantile Registry that Europa Press has accessed through Infoempresa.
Likewise, the firm obtained an operating profit of 12.92 million euros in 2022, 9.95% more, at the same time that it entered 656.26 million euros, 13.3% more than the 579.3 million euros registered at the end of 2021, the year in which it began to invoice its clients in the country. At the end of 2022, the company had an average of 52 employees, 18.18% more than in 2021, when it counted 44 workers.
The company has proposed allocating the profit for the year, amounting to 9.49 million euros, to an interim dividend (5.8 million euros), a dividend (3.6 million euros) and a remainder (96,190 euros). Regarding the prospects of the company, they have highlighted that they are fully in line with those of the group, since it trusts in the possibility of developing the company’s activity.
