Since 2022, he has been the head of the investment and industrial policy department, and has been appointed a minister in the Moscow government since 2023. Even before that, since 2018, he was the head of the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate in Moscow.
Vladislav Ovchinsky has been working in the Moscow government since 2009, where he joined immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Economics of the Russian State University for the Humanities.
