On August 3, at the age of 81, Irina Miroshnichenko died. Immediately after the death of the actress, they began to talk about her legacy. And she already told her what she had. Miroshnichenko owns two apartments in the center of Moscow. There are bank accounts. The three-room apartment in which Irina Miroshnichenko lived, in a Stalinist building in the ZhSK “50 years of the Moscow Art Theater” on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya. On sites selling housing, a “three-ruble note” in this house costs from 50 to 70 million rubles, depending on the condition.
The second apartment, a one-room apartment, on Bolshoi Gnezdnikovsky Lane, he inherited from his parents. There is also a country house in Opalikha, which the actress has been renting for more than 20 years. She probably wasn’t the owner. Sure there are bank accounts. Irina Petrovna was not a poor woman, but a lonely one. Her parents died a long time ago, buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery. She without children and without a husband. Who is from distant relatives, it is unknown.
“I doubt that Irina left a will,” says actress and writer Tatyana Bronzova, who worked with Miroshnichenko at the Moscow Art Theater. – At least out of superstition. All the actors have it. She could leave the apartment to the theater, which she loved very much, if she thought about this topic. But Irina did not think about death, she did not complain about her health. That’s why her death was so unexpected. On the contrary, she always smiled, even if her heart was heavy. She seemed to be a very strong person. Everything she achieved in her life, she achieved herself. Yes, her cooperative apartment on Tverskaya was presented to her by her first husband, the playwright Mikhail Shatrov. But it was a small apartment, which he later exchanged in the same house for a large three-bedroom apartment. I have visited it several times. Very spacious living room. An enormous vestibule, from which a staircase leads to the balustrade, where her library was. High ceilings of less than 5 meters. She has incredible taste, antique furniture, everything is very elegant. Lots of expensive outfits, not to mention jewelry.
– Does she have any relatives who will get all this wealth?
He never talked about his relatives. His brother Rudik (half-brother Rudolf-Ed.) died a long time ago. I haven’t heard of the other family from him…
The well-known lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky has already commented to the media on the possible fate of the actress’s inheritance, saying that in this case, when there are no relatives, everything goes to Moscow:
“The apartment will go to the city and the funds can go to the state. I spoke to her a few years ago, she didn’t even think about the will.” But is it?
We located a close friend of Irina Miroshnichenko. He was with the actress until the end. She is a lawyer by profession. And this is what she said:
– Do not worry: there will be no disputes about the inheritance, – Irina Miroshnichenko’s friend assured us. – Everything will be according to the law. I will follow this.
– Irina Miroshnichenko’s parents are buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery. Why did they choose a place for her not with them, but in Troyekurovsky?
– Irina wanted to be sure that she was in the actors’ alley on Troekurovsky. We had a conversation about this last spring. Although she didn’t like to talk about death, she didn’t want to think about it. If she left a will, we’ll find out in due time from her. But I repeat once again: hereditary issues will be resolved calmly, without scandals. There were no strangers near Irina Petrovna …
