According to Galina Pegusova, municipal coordinator of the Rosatom School project, the tickets won will go to the children who actively participate in the project. At the end of the graduation, it was necessary to shoot a video. The results were determined by the members of the competition committee of the “Rosatom School” project according to four indicators, one of which is the support of the inhabitants of the cities participating in the project.
Two cities took third place at once – Ozersk and Zheleznogorsk. The city of Zarechny was declared the winner. It will organize and carry out a city-wide Knowledge Day on September 1, 2023 at the expense of the Rosatom School grant.
In total, within the framework of the competition, graduations were held in eight nuclear cities: Balakovo, Zheleznogorsk, Zarechny, Lesnoy, Novovoronezh, Novouralsk, Ozersk, Udomlya.
Holding a city-wide graduation ceremony in Novovoronezh has already become a good tradition. This year, the large-scale celebration took place for the ninth time.
The “Rosatom School” helps future graduates to become involved in the life of the city, to become interested in the enterprise of the formation of cities. They see the support we give them as they grow and that’s why they come back to us. Therefore, the Novovoronezh NPP is trying to take care of the education of young personnel in advance,” said Oleg Urazov, deputy director of human resources of the Novovoronezh NPP.
Dialogue with youth is one of the main priorities of the State. Companies and organizations of the public sector pay great attention to working with young employees, as well as schoolchildren and students who may soon become their employees. Rosatom State Corporation is making significant efforts to train young staff and create specialized educational programs where schoolchildren, students and young professionals receive the education they need in life.
