Sber signed several cooperation agreements in the EEF. The partners were: the governments of the Kamchatka Territory, the Magadan Region, the Perm Territory, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and the Committee for Commercial Work with the Countries of the CIS of the Sino-European Union. Joint work will be carried out in the field of the development of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and ESG technologies, as well as in the field of public-private collaboration.

Universities are not born just like that; it takes time for both a scientific school and an educational tradition to develop. It is important to support a young university. For us, agreements with the regions are traditional. In the Far East we are taking a big step forward, the depth of these agreements is broader than before. We try to build our relationships primarily from understanding what the client (in this case, the regional government) needs.
I would also like to mention Yakutia. It has become one of the leaders in the development of digital technologies. In the near future, in October-November, we will open the School 21 campus there (the first Sber programming school in the Far Eastern Federal District – editor’s note).”
