As part of the energy saving program, company employees optimized the operation of oil treatment and transportation facilities, as well as modernized downhole submersible equipment in oil production, pumping equipment in the reservoir pressure maintenance system, and redesigned surface infrastructure. One of the implemented projects is the optimization of the transportation of products from the Kodyakovskaya, Olkhovskaya and Malakhovskaya groups of fields. As a result of the construction of a new pipeline, this saved around 1.3 million kWh of electricity.
In addition, the company is successfully converting injection well storage facilities to solar power. Some of the installations have already been put into operation at the Pokrovskoye and Pronkinskoye fields. Thus, the controllers of 141 injection wells operate using the energy of the light modules and allow specialists to receive information on the volumes injected online, in addition to contributing to accurate accounting and prompt decision-making on the adjustment of the formation water supply.
Last year, the company reduced the volume of fresh water consumption for injection into the reservoir by 62% due to the assignment of injection wells for the injection of produced water. The savings amounted to 694 cubic meters per day. To this end, about 10 kilometers of high-pressure water pipelines were built in the Volostnovsko-Zemlyansky group and a reservoir pressure support system was organized.
By the end of this year, it is planned to build more than 12 kilometers of high-pressure water pipelines at the reservoirs of the Volostnovsko-Zemlyansky, Baklanovsky and Rodinsky group. This will virtually eliminate fresh water consumption at these facilities.
