The dispute between Pavel Priluchny and Agata Muceniece has been going on for a long time. Let us remind you that the former spouses have two children together – 11-year-old Timofey and 7-year-old Mia. Previously, the 35-year-old actress was not satisfied with the amount of alimony – the ex-husband transferred 100 thousand rubles to the heirs. At the same time, it is known that Pavel earns very well. As a result, Muceniece and Priluchny could not come to an agreement and the matter went to court. 36-year-old Pavel started the legal dispute by filing a lawsuit to determine the place of residence of the children.
According to Mash, a hearing was held at the Golovinsky District Court on July 4 to determine the place of residence of the actors’ children – 7-year-old Mia and 11-year-old Timofey. Muceniece could not come because she is currently on vacation at sea with her children. As a result, the trial at which the children will be asked who they would like to live with was postponed until August 29.
Most likely, Pavel does not want to pay alimony and plans to go to court to ensure that the heirs move in with him. In this case, Agatha already has to pay alimony. However, such a turn is hardly possible. Lawyer Elena Senina explained why.

“Children can be questioned in court from the age of 10. The court does not ask for the opinion of children under this age, but bases its decision on the acts of the guardianship authorities and the conclusion of a psychological and pedagogical examination. Practice shows that, despite the legal equality of the rights of parents in relation to their children, in the vast majority of cases the courts leave the children with the mother. The exception is situations when the mother has withdrawn from upbringing, leads an immoral lifestyle, suffers from chronic alcoholism, drug addiction or mental disorder. The court also takes into account the real situation: with whom the children are used to living and with whom they will live during the trial. When there are two children, the court tries not to separate them,” Elena Senina told KP.RU.

It is known that Agatha, who works very hard and leads a healthy lifestyle, has an excellent relationship with her son and daughter. But Pavel, on the contrary, communicates very rarely with children. Recall that Priluchny has long had a different family: in 2022, the star of “Major” married actress Zepyur Brutyan, and in 2023 they had a son, Mikael. Some time ago it seemed that Pavel and Agatha had buried the hatchet. Pavel even took his older children on vacation with his new wife and Mikael. But the calm did not last long.
Priluchny and Muceniece have not yet commented on the situation.
