“They do not perceive the purchase of housing as something necessary. They usually have a reserve of money for a rainy day. For example, in case of dismissal, this safety cushion allows you to rent an apartment for six months and look for a new job. They are ready to receive a month, say, 10 thousand rubles less, but not be tied to the office, not spend money in transport, business lunches, etc., – explained “RG” Bad. – They think something like this: I found a remote job, I will go to Thailand, where housing is twice as cheap as in Moscow, but at the same time I will receive the same amount.
According to the managing partner of the Premier tourism agency Kamila Velibekova, the most precious thing in life is impressions, which is why young people spend money on travel. A change of scenery, she says, helps reset her. “Young metropolis residents are the most prone to burnout at work,” notes Velibekova. “To cope with stress, they explore new routes where they take a break from their daily routine, gain strength, broaden their horizons and they make new friends. ” The younger generation, traveling the world, comes to know themselves better and understand the world around them more deeply. Traveling also helps to explore culture and new languages. And financial expert Natalya Zhukova believes that saving for a trip, clothes and a conditional smartphone is now much more real than for her own apartment.
