Prada has released limited edition flower seeds to support its new autumn-winter 2023/2024 collection. This was reported by the fashion house’s official website.
The faces of the advertising campaign were Benedict Cumberbatch, actresses Hunter Schafer and Letitia Wright. Flowers, which “are used as a metaphor for the beauty of the everyday and the extraordinary,” also became an integral part. Now the brand management decided to enhance the effect and invited everyone to contribute to the development of floriculture.
The initiative aims to “spread new colors around the world, transmit emotions and give physical form to intangible things.” Calendula, chamomile and sunflower seeds are sold in branded jars.
You can buy them in flower kiosks and shopping centers in the largest cities in the world: Milan, London, Paris, New York, Dubai, Seoul, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai. The brand’s unusual limited edition product will be on sale for only a few days, from September 14 to 16.
It was previously learned that Prada design director and Miuccia Prada’s right-hand man, Fabio Zambernardi, will leave the company at the end of this year. Zambernardi began working for the Prada Group in the 1980s, becoming chief footwear designer in 1997 and, since 2002, design director of Prada and Miu Miu. Read more here.
