Prada will present the tenth version of Prada Mode in Seoul on September 5 and 6. The next stop of the project will be the KOTE cultural space. WWD reports.
During two days you can see in the space installations on the theme Plural and Parallel (“Plurality and Parallel”). Directors Kim Ji-woon, Yong Sang-ho and Chung Da-hee will participate in the exhibition. The two-day event will also include film screenings, musical performances and talks, and local culinary offerings. Prada Mode’s arrival in Seoul coincides this year with the Frieze Seoul contemporary art fair.
“Movies influence culture by reflecting values and ideas that already exist. They also open up new possibilities and visions. What we see on the tapes is both a reflection of reality and the promise of imaginary worlds, product and track of the collective imagination,” the brand said in a statement.
Prada has previously opened a new cafe in Italy. The Florentine architect Michele Bonan worked on its design. We talk about it in more detail here.
