At the Gogol Theater in the capital, actor Alexander Samoilenko and film producer Maria Perekatova presented the premiere of the play “Uncle’s Dream”, based on the novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky. In the production directed by Alexander Marin, they played a new role for themselves as theater producers. The main roles were played by: Alena Yakovleva, Alexander Semchev, Varvara Komarova and Kirill Kolbas. Elena Zakharova, Nikas Safronov, Tatyana Sudets, Pavel Barshak, Maxim Kucherenko and many others came to congratulate the team on its debut.
There are at least several reasons to go see the play “Uncle’s Dream.” According to director Alexander Marin, the production is interesting because “Uncle’s Dream” is a female story, something unusual in Dostoevsky. Also, the main roles are played by famous actors Alena Yakovleva and Alexander Semchev. Alena practically does not leave the stage for two hours and literally “holds” the audience with her performance. And Semchev seemed to have lost even more weight. In addition, the director and producers presented the famous story in a new interpretation. But the best thing is to see for yourself, the next screening of “Uncle’s Dream” will take place on September 29.

“I attended the premiere of the play “Uncle’s Dream” at the invitation of the People’s Artist of Russia Alena Yakovleva, with whom I have been friends for a long time and am her fan,” stylist Roman Spektr shared with KP.RU. – It was very interesting, because I had already visited this theater when it was still called the Gogol Center, and there were very modern productions. At the same time, I always approach classical performances with caution, but this production literally delighted me. Interesting presentation by the director: as soon as you enter the room and the actors are already on stage. Alena Yakovleva, of course, “led” the entire performance. As always, she surprised everyone with her beauty and talented performance.”
After the performance, the actors and creators were honored. On this occasion a light buffet was served at the theater buffet. It was also possible to take photographs and chat with the creators and actors of the production.

Alena Yakovleva put on a fuchsia silk suit and a velvet jacket on top. Alexander Semchev limited himself to a sweater and jeans. Every time we look at Semchev, we are amazed at how much weight he has lost. The 54-year-old artist, who suffered from life-threatening obesity for many years, managed to lose more than 100 kilograms thanks to proper nutrition and stomach reduction surgery. Alexander himself said that now he cannot eat more than 300 grams of food at a time.

Alexander Samoilenko, 59, dressed in an elegant checkered shirt and sneakers, appeared in the company of his wife, Natalya Gromova, 34. Natalya is the executive director of the Scarlet Sails International Children’s Film Festival and the Kinogrom Foundation for the Promotion of Children’s Cinema. For the event, organized by Gromova herself, she chose a minidress with a floral print, emphasizing her beautiful and slender legs.

The star of the movie “Walk” Pavel Barshak appeared in the form of a street artist: in ripped jeans, a hoodie and a checkered cap. In the past, the handsome Barshak seemed quite strange, but it’s good that he no longer had a cast. Recall that in July, the 42-year-old actor was injured in a street fight, during which he injured his arm, which he had broken a few weeks earlier. As a result, a metal pin was implanted in the injured limb. According to some reports, Pavel, who was fighting violently with his lover, was attacked by three boys because they thought the girl needed help and protection. As a result, Barshak, who was apparently drunk, was thrown to the ground and hit his head. However, at the premiere the actor looked quite healthy and cheerful.
