PSB and RDIF invest in the construction of high-class hotel complexes in Vladivostok, Kaliningrad and Kemerovo – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

PSB and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) agreed to joint investments of more than 20 billion rubles in the construction of high-end hotel complexes and related infrastructure in Vladivostok, Kaliningrad and Kemerovo. The complexes will become part of a large-scale project to create cultural and educational clusters.

The total number of hotel complexes will be around 650 rooms. It is planned to open 5-star hotels in Vladivostok and Kaliningrad, and 4-star hotels in Kemerovo. The resorts are planned to be managed by a Russian hotel operator.

Cultural and educational groups, within which the construction of hotels is planned, include museum, exhibition, theater and educational complexes. Branches and representative offices of the largest Russian cultural centers will open, including the State Hermitage, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian Museum, the Bolshoi Theatre, the Mariinsky Theater and the Moscow State Conservatory.
