Disney has released a trailer for Percy Jackson & the Olympians. The first two episodes will be released immediately, and the rest, one every week. The first season will premiere on streaming on December 20, around Christmas.
In the story, a 12-year-old boy is attacked by his monstrous teacher and later learns from Sally’s mother that he is a demigod. Percy goes to Camp Half-Blood. Other demigod children live there and are accused of stealing lightning from Zeus. In order to prove his innocence and find the real thief, the hero travels across the United States and the underworld with a company of new friends – Grover and Annabeth.
Based on the science fiction novels by Rick Riordan, the series was directed by James Bobin. Meanwhile, the writer himself has prepared a new book about Percy Jackson, which will go on sale in September. It will be titled Percy Jackson & the Olympians: Cup of the Gods.
Let’s remember that “Deadpool 3” was officially excluded from Disney’s release schedule. The triquel was scheduled to be released in theaters on May 3, 2024. We talk about it in more detail here.
