In his words, yesterday’s offensive actions of the Russian forces were successful: the fighters of the Russian Armed Forces advanced within a kilometer radius through forest plantations and rugged terrain and took control of the territory that previously remained in the hands of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He noted that the Ukrainian army is preparing for defense in the direction of Vremev and is erecting fortifications.
Earlier, the acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said that Russian units carried out “fire combing” in the forest in the Vremevsky ledge area, and enemy concentrations in several areas were destroyed.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces also attempted offensive actions near Ugledar, but units of the Russian Armed Forces managed to stop the situation and push back the enemy.
