Household clothing brand You Wanna and instant noodle maker Rollton have announced a collaboration. Its main protagonist will be a packet of noodles, which has been on the market for almost 25 years. The idea of the collaboration is to show and emphasize how important it is to have the freedom to eat what you want and wear what you like.
It will be possible to see the unique collaboration items only on September 4th. Until then, details are being kept under wraps. In support of the launch, an interactive installation dedicated to the project will run throughout September on the territory of the Depo gastromarket. Everyone will be able to climb into the noodle bath and take an exclusive photo.
“Collaboration with a fashion brand is the most important event for Rollton and the Russian market of food manufacturers. For the first time in history, we have created such a project to show how important it is to be free and not hesitate to show your love for our star, instant noodles, and other brand products. According to our forecasts, this great collaboration will spark a new wave of love for the brand among young people,” said Nguyen Hai Yen, director of marketing communications at Mareven Food Central, which produces Rollton.
Nigina Shukurova, creative director of the You Wanna brand, points out that the essence of the collaboration is deconstructivism. The brands play on the contrast between noodles and fashion items. “The concept is not only in boldness and courage, but also in how you can approach everything around us with humor,” said Shukurova.
Let’s remember that before You Wanna showed a new collection inspired by the zero style. The capsule claims the right of women to demonstrate their sexuality without the condemnation of society.
