According to the agency, two UAVs were destroyed in the air by air defense systems over the territories of the Mozhaisk and Khimki districts of the Moscow region.
Another drone was suppressed by electronic warfare. It lost control and collided with the building of the Moscow City complex under construction.
There were no casualties, stressed the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Recall that earlier in the evening Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced an attempted UAV attack on Moscow. According to him, the operational services are working at the scene of the incidents.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday night, the capital’s airports temporarily did not receive or send aircraft.
