Sabadell will propose raising the dividend and a new director at its next meeting

Banco Sabadell has called a meeting of its shareholders’ meeting for next April 10, in which the distribution of a complementary dividend of 0.03 euros per share based on 2023 results and the possibility of repurchasing shares will be proposed. worth 340 million euros.
