Goldoni has been filming since the 1950s: Layla, main role in Shadows of Cassavetes, Bea, friend of the main character in Scorsese’s Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore, The Day of the Lobster, Invasion of the Body Snatchers 1978 – in total several dozen films, including many major genre projects, and television series. Goldoni, among other things, played in “Santa Barbara”, “Detective Rush”, “Law of Los Angeles”.
Lilia Goldoni was born on October 1, 1936 in New York. She grew up in Los Angeles. She started her career as a dancer. At the age of 19 she began to study acting, she returned to New York, where she was a student of Cassavetes.
She was married twice, the first time to actor Ben Carruthers, her partner in “Shadows.”
