A criminal case has been initiated for an offense under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence), reports TASS, citing a message from the department.
The incident occurred the night before on Sovetskaya Street, said the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region. According to preliminary data, a 15-year-old boy climbed onto a transformer substation and received an electric shock. Also, as a result of the incident, his partner was injured, who is now being treated by doctors at the hospital.
On the eve it was reported that in the Krasnodar Territory a 14-year-old girl got on a tank car and was struck by an electric arc. She survived and was hospitalized with severe burns.
