The British brand Mulberry has invited the Stefan Cooke brand, behind which is the design duo Stefan Cooke and Jake Burt, to collaborate. Collaborating, the brands launched a limited-edition bag capsule. Hypebae writes about this.
“We love the idea of reworking and improving used bags and bringing something new to the design,” Stefan says of the collaboration. Designers Stefan Cooke and Jake Burt have reimagined and deconstructed 27 Mulberry designs, including iconic classics like Bayswater (which turns 20 this year), Roxanne and Lily.
The collaboration debuted during Stefan Cooke’s SS24 show at London Fashion Week. The collection is available online and in Mulberry’s flagship store starting today. Mulberry x Stefan Cooke pieces start at $1,500.
We remind you that model and designer Alexa Chung previously collaborated with the Mulberry brand. She designed a limited-edition capsule collection of two bags, inspired by the style of 1970s celebrities, particularly actresses Charlotte Rampling and Lauren Hutton.
