“We managed to communicate with many of them. To quickly resolve people’s pressing problems, a work meeting was held on site. One of the main objectives is to create an effective and creative environment in which people can live, work and independently spend free time and interact in society,” wrote the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia.
Recall that at the end of November, the Ombudsman submitted to the State Duma a report on the observance and protection of the rights of citizens with mental disorders at a joint meeting of the committees for the development of civil society and for the family protection.
Among the proposals contained in the report is a notification to the Ministry of the Interior regarding the registration of citizens in a psychiatric dispensary.
