The 11th international contemporary art fair Cosmoscow, which will be held in the Forum pavilion of the Expocentre Central Exhibition Complex from September 29 to October 1, has already named the participants of the event. More than 75 galleries will present their stands, of which 12 are participating in the fair for the first time. Traditionally, participants are divided into sections based on their specialization.
The “Base” section will feature galleries that have their own exhibition space. “Kontur” will show who works in a different format: a showroom or an online platform. Under “Circulation” and “Design” you will see galleries dealing with art in circulation and collection design. Digital will feature galleries related to new media, digital art and NFTs. And “Community” will bring together projects that seek to develop infrastructure and education in the field of contemporary art and increase interest in collecting.
This year the fair will be able to bring together many galleries from different cities in Russia on its premises. For example, nine participants from St. Petersburg will be presented, including Marina Gisich Gallery, Anna Nova Gallery, MYTH Gallery and DiDi Gallery. Also among the participants of Cosmoscow 2023 will be pop/off/art, Alina Pinsky Gallery, Ruarts Gallery, 11.12 GALLERY, PA Gallery and stage/szena.
