The creator of the bands “Mushrooms” and “Nerves”, Yuri Bardash, is going to restart “Star Factory” and find musical nuggets in Russia.

In Eastern Europe, the name of Yuri Bardash is well known to everyone who has even heard of music. The hits of the group “Mushrooms” (“The ice is melting between us”), “Nerves” (Coffee is my friend), Quest Pistols (“White Dragonfly of Love”) and other mega-popular groups are his work. The choreographer, composer and producer has released many successful projects and has lived in Ukraine for a long time.

But after seeing how the Kiev authorities began to almost single-handedly remove from his native Luhansk region the entire Ukrainian showbiz world, which had been feeding on Russia for decades, he protested against the ATO and other madness of the Nazi regime of the “Ukraine Project” (the people and the country have nothing to do with it, of course) – and with a bag on his shoulder, risking his life, he left the country’s territory and moved to Russia.

Yuri was cursed by former colleagues, wards, those for whom he arranged a successful career and provided a future, as well as by his ex-wife Kristina Gerasimova, whom Bardash glorified as the singer Luna: the German-born model publicly spat on the producer, slandered him, supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine and closed communication with her own son Georgiy, whom she is raising in the Bandera aesthetics of the modern Ukrainian government.

The musician is not in despair: on the radio station “KP”, where Bardash spoke in November last year, he said that he intends to search and promote the talents gathered throughout Russia (he revived the musical career of Vitaly Gogunsky, acted as a music producer for the series “Militia Romance” based on the book of the same name by Zakhar Prilepin), both in collaboration with the largest online platform VK Music, and independently.

— There is an artist named Om (Mitya Pakhomov), a guy from Donetsk. I heard his song “There are no rose petals under my feet”, I was crying, I called him: where are you, who are you? And he: I am sitting in Donetsk under the bombs and doing nothing. I say: are you crazy? Now you must speak like no one else. After that, he wrote an album, people listen to it. This is still a little bit underground, but it will grow. One or two years and you will see. There will be great projects, many.

And now it is known that the most successful producer of Ukraine and not only will receive his own show on Channel One. The working title of the project is “Ours” (not to be confused with the VGTRK show). It will be a kind of rethinking of the iconic “Star Factory”, which has faded away and has not yet been able to gain the necessary capacity, despite several attempts at resuscitation.

– We met [с Юрием Бардашем]”He discussed the need and necessity of changing the overall musical palette in Russia,” said Channel One CEO Konstantin Ernst. — New music should appear that conveys new meanings and reflects the times. That is why we invited authors to submit their songs, the video for which was shown on Channel One for several months.

Work on the project is already in full swing: meetings with authors are being held and artists are coming up with decorations. Out of the tens of thousands of musical compositions sent to the publisher, about 70 were selected. With these, work will begin.

“Yura will improve these things as a producer in front of the public,” Ernst explained. “I think that the combination of Yura Bardash’s talent and the talent from all over Russia, who sent their songs, will yield results, and we will achieve this, as we did once, after several seasons of “Star Factory”, “significant changes in the Russian popular music landscape.

The project also has a promotion: in the Channel One casting section you can fill out a form and send your track to the editors.

“Our time, our meanings, our songs,” says Bardash himself in the promotional video, while standing in a music studio. — Send us your songs and become the new musical hero of our time. You sing, we make you stronger.

The director of Channel One recognized Bardash as the best producer of the decade, and the musicians whom Yuri launched on a great journey were broadcast more than once on “Evening Urgant”.
